These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of bincheckerapi.com, including the website, demo tools, and related API offerings.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or API.

"Service" means bincheckerapi.com and related features made available by the operator.

"User" means any person or entity accessing the Service. "API" means any programmatic endpoint or integration made available directly or via a third-party platform. "Content" means text, data, UI, and documentation provided through the Service.

The Service is provided as a B2B security and verification tool intended for professional use by developers, businesses, and payment professionals for fraud prevention and transaction validation.

You must not abuse rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, or use the Service to support illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity. Use of the service to test or validate stolen or unauthorized payment card data is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

To prevent misuse and maintain high availability, we employ automated threat detection and monitor for suspicious patterns that may indicate carding or other abusive behaviors.

The Service applies strict usage limits, throttling, and IP-based rate-limiting to protect infrastructure and prevent abuse. Availability, performance, and response times are provided on a best-effort basis.

We do not process, store, or log full Primary Account Numbers (PANs). Users must only submit BIN (Bank Identification Number) ranges. Submitting full credit card numbers to the API is a violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access for any user or IP address exhibiting suspicious activity without prior notice to maintain the integrity and security of the platform.

BIN and related metadata can change over time and may vary by issuer, network, or region. Results are provided for informational and operational support purposes only.

You are responsible for validating critical decisions in your own production systems, compliance processes, and fraud workflows.

The Service, including its branding, site design, tooling, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms grant a limited, revocable right to use the Service and do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms and services, including API marketplaces or payment providers.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or their policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

If paid access is offered through a third-party marketplace (for example, RapidAPI), billing, renewals, refunds, and subscription management may be handled by that third party.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable third-party billing terms in addition to these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Service will meet all user requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Service.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to amounts paid by you for the relevant Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or EUR 100 if no fees were paid, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created security risk, or used the Service in a way that could cause harm.

Termination does not limit rights or remedies that accrued before termination.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction applies.

Any disputes should be resolved in the competent courts of Poland unless otherwise required by law. This section is a starter template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before final adoption.
